Соглашение между занятыми в одной отрасли фирмами об обмене информацией об издержках производства либо применении единообразных методов бухгалтерского учета. Соглашение направлено на стандартизацию калькуляции издержек в отрасли, что способствует уменьшению конкуренции цен.
